SPECIFIC BY POSITION

Elite position specific training is a very popular choice for our athletes. We have a lot of players who are looking to improve their performance based on their position on the field. For example, you wouldn’t want a defender to work on a ton of shooting drills, which would be completely useless in a game.

We work specifically on the following positions:
  • Goalkeepers (1)
  • Central defenders (4 & 5)
  • Rear side (2 and 3)
  • Recovering midfielders (6)
  • Central Midfields (8)
  • Attacking midfielders (10)
  • Attacker (9)
  • Side wings (7 and 11)

Minimum 20 minutes per day of focused technical training
