The training schedule is flexible depending on the availability of the coaches and the players. Of course, training during the school year takes place mostly in the evenings and on weekends, but we are also open during the day.
We think more about the long-term development of the player. In our opinion, EuroClass training should be part of a player’s routine throughout his or her career, rather than an a la carte session a few weeks before a tournament or trial. This allows us to work in a progressive and thoughtful way, following the development curve of the player. For players who want to prepare for a season or for a professional trial, it may be appropriate to train at a specific time for optimal preparation for a specific goal.
Both have their advantages and disadvantages. For youth 13 and under, semi-private training adds a more competitive element to the exercises and makes training more fun. For players looking to improve a particular point, a detail, private training allows for individualized work.
There is no minimum age to start physical training if it is done in a safe and appropriate manner and following the physiology of the young person. Physical preparation does not only refer to weight training. Younger children focus on physical skills such as coordination, motor skills, speed, agility and body weight training. It’s all about planning and respecting the principles of training.
It depends on a multitude of factors, each player is different and reacts differently to training. Some physical qualities, such as speed and power, are best worked on over the long term. Coordination and technical skills can improve fairly quickly if the player is diligent in training.
Go to our website or mobile app and select individual training . Choose the trainer and the time slot you want. Then purchase a free practice for each additional athlete at the same date and time.
