Can I cancel my membership at any time?
No. All memberships must be completed until the end of the chosen term. However, you can request that it not be renewed upon expiration.
Is the membership transferable?
No. The membership is personal, non-transferable, and must be used only by the registered person.
Do I need to book a session?
Yes. Booking is mandatory to guarantee access to the session and avoid any waiting. Those without a reservation may be refused access depending on availability.
At what age can you start using ESA?
ESA is accessible from age 4 with adult supervision. From age 7, participants can use the modules alone, provided they follow safety instructions.
What happens if I don't use my membership?
The membership remains active until the end of the chosen term, even if it is not used. Unused sessions are neither carried over nor refunded, and scheduled payments must be completed.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, it is possible to change plans. However, any modification must be approved by EuroClass and may result in an adjustment to the price or duration of the membership.
